  工程现场:

  实际的工程现场会由多种设备构成,这些设备的运行及状态将通过内置的一个或多个以太网PLC进行采集、监控。4G无线工业路由器内置100Mbps以太网接口,与现场一个或多个以太网PLC的以太网口相连,构成工程现场网络。4G无线工业路由器可通过西门子PLC的24VDC输出供电,且再上电后自动连接Internet,并与巨元监控中心前端的“VPN防火墙”建立加密安0隧道。

  安0隧道用于保证流向“巨元监控中心”及“工程现场网络”的通讯数据不被Internet非法用户获取。同时将“工程现场网络”与“巨元监控中心”无缝连接,中心维护人员可以直接通过访问“工程现场网络”中设备的IP地址,对现场设备的配置进行更改。

  巨元监控中心:

  巨元中心包含了企业的0部核心应用。其一般由有线网络接入(带有固定公网IP地址)、支持VPN接入的防火墙,路由器,及维护人员组成。

  作为管理人员可通过人工方式,或企业已有的应用服务,对工程现场的设备进行维护或监控。

  出差维护工程师:

The 4G wireless industrial router has a built-in 100Mbps Ethernet interface, which is connected to the Ethernet port of one or more Ethernet PLCs on site to form the project site network.
