The AKM Synchronous Servomotor series by Kollmorgen is one of their most successful product lines. It has quickly gained popularity among engineers and technicians internationally. This series was developed specially for its SERVOSTAR servo amplifier range. These servomotors are incorporated with rare earth magnets, placed strategically in their stators. This inclusion makes these motors incredibly powerful and allows for a compact design. Moreover, all AKM motors are built safe, making them ideal for use in harsh environmental conditions.
